Secure Email Setup

Security of your data is a top priority for us. In order to ensure that we are protecting you in every way possible, we will be implementing a new, encrypted email system in January 2018. This system will ensure that all email correspondences from us to you will be sent in a secure format that only you can access.

In order to use our new email system, there will be a one-time set-up on your end. Follow the instructions below to create your username and password and begin communicating with us today.


One-time email set-up:

There are two ways to create your secure email access with us:

1.      Visit and fill out the registration information for a new account. Make sure to use your email address as your Switch ID. Please make sure to record this informaiton as you'll need it to open email from us.

2.      If you plan to use the same computer, laptop, or mobile device to correspond with us, you can download the secure email client and install it on your devices. This will keep correspondence with us secure, but you won’t have to log in every time you get an email from us. The link to the Windows/MAC download page is provided below. For a mobile client, please visit the Google Play Store or Apple iTunes App Store and search for "Egress Switch." The first search result will be the proper application.

How will email from TSC work once I have my account?

When you receive email communication from TSC, you will receive a notification in your inbox that you have a secure email waiting to be viewed. By clicking on the link in the notification, you will be taken to a web-portal prompting you for your username and password received during the account process described above. After entering these account details, you will be able to view the secure email and have the ability to respond to it. Please note that your browser may ask you to remember your username and password. This can be a real time-saver for any subsequent TSC emails.

If you chose to install the Switch Desktop client, you will be prompted for your username and password one time. The client will then remember your information and automatically log you in at system startup. The switch client automatically unencrypts TSC secure emails so that you can view it from your normal inbox.

If you frequently view and respond to emails on your mobile device, make sure to install the Egress Switch mobile app using the same username and password for you Egress account.
